Computer Laboratories

The campus has 6 computer laboratories accessible to students during and after school hours with advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software to cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum. Two of the laboratories cater to students learning C++ in classes XI and XII; one laboratory is dedicated to students of class IX learning Oracle database programming; another is dedicated to classes VI and VII where HTML and DHTML is taught.

Web Resource Centre

At the Web Resource Center, there is easy Internet accessibility available to the faculty and to students. Enterprising students get a chance to gain familiarity with the Internet and are also able to do comprehensive research for their projects and presentations.

Shogun Technology Laboratory

At the Shogun Technology Laboratory, working models of projects on various energy sources right from wind and solar energy to industrial processes encourage students to study these models and then try to innovate further on these resources which are necessities now and will be indispensable in the future.

Robotics Laboratory

The trend-setting Robotics lab at Delhi Public School R.K. Puram was one of the first in the country with its advanced facilities designed to enable the students to learn at an early age, encouraging them to become future robotic engineers. To generate interest step by step, the junior classes learn the basics by making models with the help of LEGO Mindstorm Kits. As they reach the senior classes, students become more confident of their inclinations towards the robotic field and begin to learn how to make robots from scratch, cutting and bending moulds from plastic sheets and even designing their own PCBs. Models made by students are kept on display in the Lab, as a source of encouragement to other students and to instill a sense of pride in those who created them. The Robotics Laboratory also sends many of its best robots to school- and college-level competitions and has won the school many accolades.

Mathematics Laboratory

The Mathematics Laboratory is one of the most advanced and unique facilities of the school. The school has a dedicated Mathematics Society which delves into the greater mysteries of the intriguing and essential subject, learning advanced mathematical concepts with the help of high-end computers, advanced software and facilities, and great teachers.

Electronics Laboratory

The Electronics Lab enables students to understand the basic concepts governing the functioning of day-to-day articles like alarm clocks, radios etc. as well as to modify and also create low-cost electronic gadgets using capacitors, resistors and transmitters.
