Registration Form

1. This is an electronic registration form for the Junior Schools of DPS R.K. Puram at East of Kailash and Vasant Vihar. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form.
2. Children whose date of birth falls between October 1, 2001 and September 30, 2002 ONLY are eligible for registration for the academic session 2006 2007.
3. Online Registration can be done from August 27 to September 7, 2005 (2400 hours i.e. midnight). No application will be received after midnight of September 7, 2005.
4. Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence.
5. This is a very simple form to fill. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information. Most of the general information can be entered into the form by simply selecting and clicking on the choices available. This facilitates the application process and makes it quicker. The rest of the information that pertains to you needs to be typed in by you.
6. Please fill in each entry of the form and write NA for those entries which are not applicable for you.
7. Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use TAB KEY or mouse control for the same.
8. After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
   (It is advisable to take a Printout of your form before clicking the SUBMIT FORM button for final registration)
9. Immediately after submission of the form, a receipt with a Registration Number will be generated. Kindly take a print out of Receipt Page for all future reference.
10. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.

Only students from the above mentioned localities can apply to the individual School. In case of common areas, kindly ensure that you apply to only one of the Junior Schools to avoid rejection from both.

1. All applicants will be invited for a School Visit. The schedule of the School Visit will be available on this site www.dpsrkp.net w.e.f August 30, 2005 onwards.
2. No information for School Visit will be intimated individually.
3. A pay order / demand draft for Rs. 25/- in favour of DPS RK Puram must be brought to the respective junior schools on the date allotted for School Visit. Pay Order/ Drafts must have the registration number, name of the ward and date of visit overleaf.

Admission

Every year we have more applicants than seats available. Last year 40 children had applied for one seat at each school. Since it is not possible to admit every child applying for admission, we go by our eligibility criterion of Neighbourhood/ Sibling/Exstudents. Inability of a candidate to secure a seat through our admission process is in no way a reflection of his / her calibre.

1. Final admission is subject to verification of the following,
   1. Childs Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
   2. Residential address (through home visits) and official documents.
2. Once the offer of admission has been made and the same is accepted, no refunds on any account whatsoever shall be entertained.

• How do I Apply? Where can I get the DPS, R.K. Puram registration form?
  The form is available online on this website www.dpsrkp.net only. You need to click on the relevant link: Registration Form for DPS Vasant Vihar OR Registration Form for DPS East of Kailash, placed just at the bottom of this page.
  
• What are the advantages of applying online?
  When you apply online, you get an instant online receipt for your form along with the filled form as an acknowledgement. Further, the online process makes validations while you are submitting the form, i.e. you havent left any field blank, etc.
  
• How do I get proof of registration?
  Immediately after submission of the form, a receipt with a Registration No. will be generated. Kindly take a print out of Receipt Page for all future reference.
  
• How do I know the application status?
  All applicants will be invited for a School Visit. The schedule of the School Visit will be available on site w.e.f 30th August 2005 onwards. No information for School Visit will be intimated individually.
  
• Can I apply if I live in a locality other than those listed above?
  No, unfortunately, we can offer admission to students living only in the localities listed above.
