for Filling the Registration Form
Delhi Public School, R K. Puram welcomes you to the Nursery Admission process of its Junior Schools at Vasant Vihar and East of Kailash for the year 2008-2009.
1. General Instructions

Children who have completed 3 years of age as on 31st March 2008 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2008-09. |

Only ONLINE Registrations will be accepted. The ONLINE Registration form is available on www.dpsrkp.net |

Important:
You can apply only to one of the Junior Schools. Applying to both schools will result in the rejection/cancellation of your application form. |

The ONLINE Registration will begin w.e.f. 28th December 2007 and will close on 15th January 2008. |

Reservation
Economically Weaker Section (EWS). There is no ONLINE registration for EWS. Forms (EWS) available at DPS RKPuram and the same will be submitted by EWS applicants alongwith certified documents w.e.f 28th December 2007 to 15th January 2008. |

| 2. Guidelines for filling Online Forms |
2.1 |
This is an electronic registration form for the Junior Schools of DPS R.K. Puram at Vasant Vihar and East of Kailash Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form. |

This is a very simple form to fill in. All you need is to type in the required information in TEXT boxes and selecting and clicking the relevant choices available. |

Fill in each entry of the form and write NA for those entries, which are not applicable for you. |
2.4 |
Use TAB KEY or the mouse control to move from one entry to another. Do not press the ENTER KEY for the same. |
2.5 |
After completing your entries and clicking on [SUBMIT] button, each form will be accepted and issued a unique Registration Number. Take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence in this regard. |
2.6 |
If you are not familiar with online processes, take professional help. The school will not be responsible for any wrong submission of your form. |
2.7 |
To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant. |
2.8 |
Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system. |

3. Admission to Class Nursery 2008-09
Every year we have more applicants than seats available. Last year 40 children had applied for one seat at each of the Junior Schools of DPS RKPuram. It is not possible to admit every child applying for admission. Inability of the applicant to secure a seat is in no way a reflection of his/her caliber. |

The Schedule for admission is as follows: |
- Online Registration: 28th December 2007 to 15th January 2008.
- Screening of Forms:16th January 2008 to 20th January 2008.

- Interaction with Parents: 28th January 2008 onwards.
- Admission List : 15th February 2008.
- Payment of fees and completing Admission Formalities: 18th February to 22nd February 2008.
- Second List (if any) : 29th February 2008.
- New Session commences: 1st April 2008

Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents (in original) |

Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.

Proof of residential address [Passport/Lease Deed/Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Electoral Card]. Note: School will also verify the residential address through home visits

In case of sibling applicants : Admission No. and fee bill issued by the school.

In case of Ex-Student of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram (father/mother/both): Admission No, Year of Admission/Passing, Roll No. of CBSE Board Exams.

In case of applicants with special needs : Certificate of disability.

For proof of Parents Qualification: Highest Educational Degrees.

For proof of Govt. Service : Identity Card issued from the concerned Departmental Head.
